Natural Solutions For Uterine Fibroids

Providing you have received the diagnosis from your doctor that your fibroids are not dangerous, you may like to consider using natural solutions for uterine fibroids.

When first diagnosed with fibroids, many women are relieved to have finally got an answer to what is causing their unpleasant and uncomfortable symptoms and expect their doctor to provide a solution. Very often, there is no acceptable solution, with the doctor recommending a “wait and see” approach as the truth is that a permanent solution is not really available. Of course surgery is sometimes used, but as this does not eliminate the causes of fibroids, they very often regrow, making the painful surgery and months of recovery pointless. Of course, there are circumstances where surgery is indeed the most appropriate option and your doctor will be the best person to advise you.

The most effective way to deal with your fibroids is to eliminate what has caused them to grow in the first place. Now this is not an easy task, as fibroids rarely grow due to just one single factor, but are usually the result of the combination of a number of issues which are present in your body. Some are classed as “primary” causes and some are secondary issues, the build up of which can be the tipping point. Some caused could be related to your genetics, what you eat, your lifestyle and even the environment.

As the root causes can be so varied and often indeterminable, the best natural solutions for uterine fibroids are those which eliminate all the possible causes at once, effectively meaning that your whole body is rebalanced.

The best starting point is your diet, as this can impact upon so many areas of your health. You should aim to eat a healthy diet and not consume too many calories, thus overloading your system, even if you are not overweight. Eat organic foods and stick to the principle of eating foods as close to their natural state as possible, You should also ensure that you drink plenty of water.

Taking enough exercise and relaxing more are also important. This doesn’t mean lots of high impact exercise, but 30 minutes of moderate exercise 5 times a week is fine. You should also think about what kind of things help you to relax, as it is believed that high stress levels can be a contributory factor for fibroids. Other effective natural solutions for uterine fibroids include undergoing cleansing protocols and detoxification regimes.

You may like to consider pulling all the elements together and trying a system which guarantees to eliminate your fibroids naturally.

Written by a former fibroid sufferer, the system you are about to see is, quite simply, groundbreaking, and I am confident that you will feel relief that you have finally found something that will genuinely help you get rid of your fibroids.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
I have fibroids. What to do to reduce weight as cant exercise.?
I have become very overweight as cant exercise due to fibroids.Sit-ups etc lead to bleeding. How can I reduce weight? Will walking help ? or reducing dairy products…pls help !

    • ANSWER:
Walking will do very well for you, actually. Try to walk at the briskest pace you can though for it to have effect. A change in diet, like reducing dairy will help. If you eat very well, a low intensity exercise like walking will help immensely. Good luck!

  2. QUESTION:
Does exercise and losing weight reduce fibroids?

    • ANSWER:
It may help with the pressure, but it all depends on the location and size of the fibriods. Some OB/GYN’s may suggest that you have a good healthy diet and that you exercise, but it may not reduce the size of the fibriods. I would suggest that you speak with your OB/GYN to see what are the best options for reducing your fibroids.

  3. QUESTION:
Does having fibroids and exercising keep me from being having children?
Although I’m still taking Fibrovan and started exercising again, I just want to know if I’m ruining as well as risking my chances of getting pregnant.
    I’m still very worried.

    • ANSWER:
When I got pregnant I had just started back at the gym going probably 4-5 times a week for about 30-60 minutes and I apparently had a fibroid. We were not trying to get pregnant but it still happened without any complications.

The fibroid is now growing along with baby, at 13 weeks it was only about 1cm and now it’s well over 5cm. They keep telling me that it’ll eventually cause pain but at 28 weeks I am still feeling pretty darn great. It also increases your chances of having to have a c-section, they will determine that via ultrasound when I’m about 36 weeks.

  4. QUESTION:
how soon after laparoscopic removal of fibroids (from uterous) can I resume my pliates exercise?

    • ANSWER:
It is recommended to wait about 6 weeks after laparoscopic surgery but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

  5. QUESTION:
Is there a natural remedy for uterine fibroids?
I don’t have bothersome symptoms, but I have 6 large fibroids. I want to get pregnant in the future. My doctor said I’ll have no trouble getting pregnant, but I’m likely to have trouble during pregnancy. I keep myomectomy as a last resourt. Cause there are so many possible complications like adhesions and having to have a C-section. I want my body to get rid of them naturally. Any advise? Like exercise or fasting? I know that fibroids a hormone-dependent. I also know that girls lose their period if they fast long enough. Will that do anything?

    • ANSWER:
I answered your other question and seeing this makes me feel for you as it must be awful fearing you may not be able to have kids.

I couldn’t find too much but I did search and found this

The great Dr John R Christopher said burdock helps fibroids..if taking use an organic tincture..the usual dose is two dropperfuls (60 drops)..3-5 times a day..I would use 5 times a day. a dropperful is what remains in the eyedropper of a tincture bottle when you squeeze the bulb, inset into the herbal tincture formula, release eyedropper top..what remains in the drop is called a dropperful and looks about half full..this eliminates the need to count drops. a few off will not hurt on herbs.

A good brand is herbpharm..they have a good burdock blend. Burdock is not harmful..it is a blood cleanser and sold in some places as a food,.

      http://www.herballegacy.com/Light_Chemical.html

I once read his woman’s herbal years ago but can’t remember if he addressed fibroids there but it may be worth a shot..I got it from interlibrary loan.

      it is also sold here–

      http://www.amazon.com/Every-Womans-Herbal-John-Christopher/dp/1879436108

Also curezone has a lot of excellent health info..here is some of the things on fibroid there.

      http://www.google.com/custom?hl=en&client=pub-0846790371736460&cof=FORID:1%3BGL:1%3BLBGC:336699%3BLC:%230000ff%3BVLC:%23663399%3BGFNT:%230000ff%3BGIMP:%230000ff%3BDIV:%23336699%3B&domains=curezone.com&sitesearch=curezone.com&oe=ISO-8859-1&sa=X&oi=spell&resnum=0&ct=result&cd=1&q=fibroids&spell=1

so I would revcommend this book and the ons by linda page and balche in the other questions for hormone balancing and the burdock and further research on curezone and elsewhere to trying to dissolve the fibroids.

Also maybe Dr Richard schulze’s incurables formula may help..(push enter and go to the incurables program..he is the one with the female herbal formula and said he never failed to help infertile woman or women with female problems who wanted to have a child fail..I bet he used his incurables formula with his female herbs..also see his index in the catalog found at herbdoc.com
