How To Stop Fibroids From Growing

If you would like to know how to stop fibroids from growing, there are a number of things you can do. First of all, understanding a little about how and why fibroids might develop in the first place can help understand what might help.

It is believed that fibroids grow in response to a number of primary and secondary factors which happen to subtly interact and trigger fibroid growth. Our unique genetic makeup means that we all respond slightly differently to these stimuli which is why doctors find it difficult to determine the precise cause in an individual.

However, what doctors do know is what the range of potential causes, and by addressing and eliminating these you can learn how to stop fibroids from growing.

One common cause is excess estrogen. This can be as a result of being overweight, as fat cells are a secondary production site for estrogen, hormonal imbalances, or a build of up estrogen mimicking substances in the liver. Therefore, losing weight can help to naturally reduce estrogen. Rebalancing hormones can also help and although this can sound complicated, a range of protocols including making dietary changes, undergoing cleansing and detox regimes can achieve this. Eliminating estrogen from the liver can be achieved by a thorough liver detox.

Certain foods can encourage fibroid growth whereas others can help to stop fibroids from growing. Eating processed foods which are loaded with artificial additives can be a contributory factor, as can fatty meats, trans-fats and sugars, whereas organic fruits and vegetables, seeds, beans, nuts and brown rice can prevent further growth.

Exercise can be very beneficial for those who want to know how to stop fibroids from growing. This is because it encourages blood flow around the pelvic area. Rebounding on a mini trampoline is a great form of exercise as is brisk walking.

Written by a former fibroid sufferer, the system you are about to see is, quite simply, groundbreaking, and I am confident that you will feel relief that you have finally found out how to stop fibroids from growing.

Can fibroids stop your menstrual cycle?
My period is very late and I am not pregnant. The doctor says I have signs of fibroids: lower back pain, pelvic pain, fatigue, etc. Can fibroids stop a menstrual cycle?
I want to reiterate… I just got back from my doctor and I am NOT pregnant.

    • ANSWER:
Fibroids can alter your menstrual cycle as can any tumour. I know it’s the word tumour is scary but Uterine Fibroids are non cancerous.

If your concern is over having a child, I would look at options sooner rather than later as to having one, as a histerectomy would probably be the most appropriate option.

This may not be what you want to hear but unfortunately it is for the best. Rather it take your ability to have children than your life.

However, don’t take this as a definitive comment as obviously it differs with each individual as to how the fibroids affect them.

    Do fibroids stop conception?

I am worried. I have just gotten back from the hospital where I had a scan because we were trying to find out what was causing mid-cycle bleeding and a dull ache in my left hand side of abdomen. After the scan the Doctor confirmed that I had three large fibroids in my womb and now I am extremely worried that I may not be able to conceive. The Doctor suggested a Diagnostic Hysteroscopy to find out what else is up because he doesn’t believe that the fibroids are causing the bleeding. But I am extremely worried about not been able to conceive and carry a baby to term. Has anyone else had this sort of issue and been able to get pregnant? Can anyone suggest any natural remedies that may help me reduce the size of the fibroids so I don’t need to have any invasive surgery?
