The action plan is 7 steps to becoming free of fibroids. I have distilled the very best of the treatments I use with women of all ages into this life-changing plan.
In the action plan, I explain in full detail each of the steps, which if carried out on a regular basis, will restore your body and menstrual cycle to “normal”.
The 7 steps in the action plan are valuable for anyone who has decided to take control of their health and their body. Each one of us makes that choice depending on our individual time clock. For some, it’s early in young adulthood, when they first get their diagnosis; and for others, they will have tried a range of treatments that have failed them, such as Androgens (male hormones) like danazol, and GnRH agonists like Lupron or Synarel… or even more invasive procedures like myomectomies, embolizations or ablations.Grab A Copy Click here
The remedies apply whether you’ve just been diagnosed, have had fibroids for 30-40 years, or are anywhere in between.
These 7 steps will allow you to learn more about your body and how it works. Read these steps with an open mind. Apply those that you feel most comfortable with, and you will make a significant change to your health.
The Fibroid Cure comes in the format of an electronic book, which you can read on your computer or print out. This means you can get it now, and get started straight away – even if it’s 2am in the morning!

One doctor suggested that I may have endometreosis and another suggested fibroids. How do they test to see if you have them? And how can you remove fibroids? And are the procedures costly and painful? THANKS!

Fibroids are fibrous tissue that form in the muscle of the uterus. They’re more common than you think. It can make you infertile, and there are specialty fertility treatments just for fibroids. They diagnose fibroids by an ultrasound or a CT scan.
