Stress Relief, Tips and Ashwagandha – Natural Stress Remedy for YOU!
Stress is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood. These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this can also be a bad thing, if their stress is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength.
Stress is the emotional and physical strain caused by our response to pressure from the outside world. Common stress reactions include tension, irritability, inability to concentrate, and a variety of physical symptoms that include headache and a fast heartbeat.
It’s almost impossible to live without some stress. And most of us wouldn’t want to, because it gives life some spice and excitement. But if stress gets out of control, it may harm your health, your relationships, and your enjoyment of life.
Major life events or changes are the greatest contributors of stress in most people. These events place the highest demands on resources for coping. On most life stress evaluation tools, the top ten stressors in life are
a Death of a spouse
a Divorce
a Marital Separation
a Jail Term
a Death of a Close Family Member
a Personal Injury or Illness
a Marriage
a Loss of Job
a Marital Reconciliation
a Retirement
Stress Relief Tips: –
a Drink water: Drinking lots of water can reduce stress. It also forces you to go to the bathroom, which is a sort of break. Fill up a good-sized bottle and drink all day long.
a Comedy night: get in your favorite nibbles: chips, tortillas, salsa, crackers, cheese, pizza, chocolate, cookies, ice cream etc. Crack opens a bottle of wine or pours you a beer or two and spends a full evening watching your favorite funny films or comedians. Finding stress relief through laughter will raise your spirits and is a great antidote to the pressures of modern life.
a Exercise: Exercise is one of the best ways to relieve stress. A daily jog or walk or swim or bike works well.
a But there are key differences, at least psychologically. The skier is exhilarated, ready for the challenge, and eager to show his prowess and win the contest. The senior feels doubt and fear.
a Lose weight: Easier said than done, but being overweight is a major source of stress. Eat healthier, gradually, and add some exercise to your life to lose the excess pounds gradually.

QUESTION:
Why have I had my period twice in one month?
My first period came just before the 2 week easter holiday and finished during the holiday and yesterday my period started again, this is the second time in one month, it’s never happened before and there was alot of blood on my cover, much much more than usual.
Does anyone know what’s caused it?
My mum says it could be stress or fibroids.
Any other suggestions?
helpp, I’m worried, I’m only 14, how can I get fibroids at such a young age? :S-
ANSWER:
Stress, hormones, more exercise than usual. A lot can do it, don’t worry. If this continues for the next few months, I would see a doctor. The more you freak out about it, the more likely it is to occur again, because you are stressing.

QUESTION:
How to deal with pre surgery stress?
I’m having a surgery for fibroids in 3 weeks and i’m freaking out. The idea of being in hospital is really scary. I usually tried to avoid hospital even when i’m not well. How do i get over it?
Thank your for your responses. Giving some ideas! I’m going to party tonight 🙂-
ANSWER:
Of course you will be fine and you will be taken care of very well. While you are there you should tell the nurses how you feel so they can help you feel better. That’s what they do so don’t be shy. But I think this will help you. This is a very strange idea, but if you watch a video or tv special on near-death-experiences, it will make you feel very peaceful and not worry. The people who have near death experiences have very loving, serene experiences involving feelings of ultimate peace and love, and afterwords they are not afraid to die. Almost all near death experiences are exactly alike. When I watch people talk about them, it reconfirms that everything is going to be okay, no matter what. It sounds silly but it takes away all my worries.

Lower back pain (inj), no sleep, swollen ankles and high HR- BP fine, Fibroids and possible diabetes- help?
I know I sound like a mess- too much stress, no sleep- 40 yr old mother of 9 month old angel son- bery active- likes to be held. I fell like I am falling apart physically- I know I am overweight and out of shape- emergency C-section of 3 month early preemie and 82 days in NICU- then PPD for 2 months when he cam home- How can I get back on track and be around for the long haul with my son- husband is working full-time and does not need to know all this is going on but I am starting to break physically and hope it is not too late to fix me! Oh yeah- my husband (4 yrs younger) wants me to have another baby – I need to have the fibroids removed before I conceive and I am worried I will not be healthy enough to have the surgery….TG for my son- he is so sweet and innocent- he deserves to have a healthy Mom!-
ANSWER:
I hate to say this but this is why women should have children younger our bodies are more durable then. I definetly would not have another child you may not make it thtough this time and you need to explain that to your husband. The risks for you and your unborn are doubled as soon as you reach 30, so at forty they must be ridiculous. YOur husband has a right to know everything. That is what marriage is about you need to be open with him. Your body may be falling apart but so are your hormones. You sound postpartem. Even if your child is 9 monthes with my first I had it for 14 monthes. You need to talk to your doctor or a therapist personally I recommend group therapy because it makes you feel normal again knowing that so many other women are going through similar situations. Also take walks to the park or around a local mall even when you don’t feel up to it, you need to make yourself be active. It will increase your energy, you’ll lose weight and meet interesting people.
