How To Cure Fibroids Naturally Using Simple Methods
Most women find that they are disappointed with their treatment options for fibroids and expected to be offered a solution by their doctor. However, many doctors advocate a “wait and see” approach, and this is fine if your fibroids are small and mainly problem-free. However, if you are finding that your symptoms interfere with day to day life you may wish to explore how to cure fibroids naturally.
Curing fibroids naturally is certainly a worthwhile consideration, and many women worldwide have found success where conventional methods have failed. One of the problems is that conventional treatment is focused on dealing with the symptoms of fibroids rather than looking at ways to eliminate the root cause. This is why many find that their fibroids return within a few months of stopping treatment-a real blow if you have undergone any form of surgery.
Very often it can be difficult to pinpoint an exact cause of fibroids, as it is thought that they form due to the subtle interaction of a number of factors. Often, these can be dietary or lifestyle related, but certain traits can also be inherited. Once you have fibroids, they can be difficult to get rid of. However, if you are prepared to be proactive and take control of your own treatment, learning how to cure fibroids naturally need not be difficult.
A good start is to take a look at your diet. We all know that a balanced, healthy diet is good for our overall wellbeing and as far as fibroids are concerned, eating the right kinds of foods can help fibroids to shrink. One factor involved in the growth of fibroids in excess estrogen and this can be stored in and manufactured by fats cells. It therefore follows that by reducing the size and quantity of fat cells, you are reducing your ability to create and store estrogen. Eating between 5-10 portions of fresh fruit and vegetables is essential as is avoiding processed meats, such as salami. Drinking plenty of water is also helpful, as this can help to flush toxins out of the liver and keep the organs hydrated and healthy.
Certain toxins and pollutants can be stored in the liver and these can mimic the effects of estrogen on the body. Unfortunately, the normal bodily processed cannot successfully eliminate these and it has been shown that a liver detox is the best way forward.
Although the symptoms may be intolerable, fibroids are rarely life threatening and for this reason, it is worth learning how to cure fibroids naturally. If you are considering surgery, it is important that you understand it is not your only option. Although isolated methods such as changing your diet can be undoubtedly helpful, to get significant results, you need to consider following a comprehensive plan which will systematically eliminate every possible cause of fibroids.
The lack of comprehensive “real” help for women led an alternative practitioner to develop a complete system for shrinking fibroids which mirrored what she taught women in her busy clinic.
Her unique, 7 Step Plan has been successfully used by many thousands of women worldwide and for those who are willing to take charge of their own treatment and recognize that they will have to play an active role in their own healing, then this is simply ideal. If, however, you are the type of person who will simply expect to take a pill and be cured, then this is maybe not the right system for you.

ANSWER:
My periods were lasting 3-4 days and I felt soooo lucky.
Then while I was vacationing in the Dominican Republic this
past december, I thought I was okay because I had my period at the beginning of dec. BUT on December 26 I started my period again and it lasted for 15 days !!! I got it again on Feb 02 for 7 days!
So worried as I was (I’m in your age group by the way) I made an appointment to see my doctor, I didn’t know what it could be, I had always been regular. Was I going through premenopause ?
Sooo, my doc gave me an internal examination, did a pap smear,
gave me calcium and Vitamin D and sent me for blood tests and a pelvic ultrasound. I went for my blood tests last week and next Monday the 26th, I go for my pelvic ultrasound. I guess I should find out what is going on by the 2nd week of March. Keeping my fingers crossed !
Go see your doc ! Don’t take any chances.
Good Luck.
You can email me during the 2nd week of March and I’ll tell you what my results show.

QUESTION:
Hmm, wondering if these are signs of conception?
Read a couple websites about symptoms, but just felt like asking for past experiences.
First day of last period was June 21, had sex every other day thru fertile days of July 1st thru the 5th, and hips elevated for 30 min. after.
I do also have 2 small uterine fibroids so I was told by my doctor that although those are common and not a huge deal, they make conceiving harder?
Breasts were super sensitive and kind of sore the 10th thru 12th. Got period-like cramps the 16th and 17th, but no period. Brown spotting the past 2 days with a mild cramp here or there (could just be the start of period?) but no bleeding yet, and for the past 5 days I have gotten up like 6 times in the night to have to pee (I thought maybe I had UTI)
Just gonna wait and see if I get my period, but just thought I’d ask you ladies who have had these symptoms before-
ANSWER:
Your fertile days were probably the 5th and 6th of July. SO hopefully you ovulated on one of those days and there was sperm there to fertilize. Right now your are probably implanting that is what the spotting could be from since your next period is still a few days away. Your best time to test would be on the 28th which is one week past. Good Luck I hope you get the answer you were looking for.

QUESTION:
What can cause pregnancy symptoms other than pregnancy?
It’s a possibility that I am 6 weeks pregnant. If I am, it hasn’t shown on my last test which was about a week ago.– My breasts are sore and tender. And the nipples are darker and I have a dark outline around my areola.
– My period is a month late on Weds. with no signs of coming and no PMS what so ever.
– I had a slight spotting last week but it was only when I wiped and it looked like dried blood. Only lasted about half a day. Didn’t even need a liner.
– I had cramping during weeks 2-5, but it’s died down a lot now. It was in my lower abdomen, right below my belly button.
– Mild nausea. Occasionally I’ll feel like I have to burp and I throw up a bit. Also when I’m brushing my teeth I start gagging.I’m not looking to be pregnant. If I am that’s great! If not, that’s great too! I’m only 20, no rush for a baby. I just don’t understand what it could be.
I was checked for fibroids, cysts and a UTI. All negative. But according to First Response I’m not pregnant. My doctor can’t tell me what’s wrong with me.
Any ideas?
Also, I DID have unprotected sex on the day of ovulation.-
ANSWER:

QUESTION:
Increased clear vaginal discharge good or bad?
Increased clear vaginal discharge to where the underwear is soaked……is that a sign of pregnancy? I also have every symptom of being pregnant (except i havent taken a test yet). But I also know that I have fibroids and ovarian cysts.-
ANSWER:
Some females experience more discharge when they are pregnant, some don’t. I never did. Best to take a test.Different Types of Discharge:
White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.
Clear and stretchy: This is “fertile” mucous and means you are ovulating.
Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.
Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.
Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: May happen right after periods, and is just “cleaning out” your vagina. Old blood looks brown. This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle.
Different types of infections:
Signs of yeast infections:
White, cottage cheese-like discharge
Swelling and pain around the vulva
Intense itching
Buy Monistat 7 over-the-counterSigns of bacterial vaginosis:
A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge
A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap
Itching or burning
Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva
