Alternative Uterine Fibroid Therapy – How To Shrink Fibroids Naturally

Alternative uterine fibroid therapy has been used for years by thousands of women who prefer to avoid radical treatment for their fibroids. Until fairly recently, many of the different methods used were often passed from women to women within families, with no clear structure.

The main thing to appreciate if you want to know how to shrink fibroids naturally is that to do this successfully, you need to be proactive and take charge of your own healing. Fibroids are a notoriously difficult condition to treat as the methods are very often tailored to the individual and require lifestyle changes which for some women, can prove too much to carry through. However, there is no simple way to get rid of fibroids and the sooner that it is appreciated that there is no “quick-fix” method, the higher the likelihood of success.

However, for women who are prepared to take charge of their own situation and put recommendations into practice, there is absolutely no doubt that alternative uterine fibroid therapy can work-indeed one treatment system shows success rates of almost 90%.

There are various elements included in any successful treatment to shrink fibroids. Very often doctors will disagree about the causes of fibroids-indeed it has been proven that for most women, there is no single cause and that fibroid growth is ignited by the subtle interaction of a number of circumstances which happen to be present in a woman’s body at a certain time.

Estrogen is thought to play a significant part in fibroids growth. Indeed it is normal for fibroids to shrink when women go through the menopause, when levels of this hormone naturally shrink. One alternative uterine fibroid therapy is to look at ways of significantly reducing estrogen in the body. One way to do this is to maintain a normal weight, as estrogen is both manufactured by, and stored in, fat cells. In addition, it has been shown that certain pollutants can mimic the action of estrogen in the body and that this can be stored in the liver. To remove this, a robust liver detox can be very successful.

Other ways to shrink fibroids naturally include herbal treatments. Chinese herbal practitioners in particular are well known for their combinations of herbs to treat fibroids and there are a number which are used, including Concha Ostreae, Dendrobil, Semen Litchi, Fructus Corni and Sargassum. It is wise to only use herbs with careful advice and as part of an overall treatment plan as firstly, certain herbs can be very potent and secondly, they often need to be used in combination with other treatments.

The lack of real help for women with fibroids led Shola Oslo, an specialist in alternative uterine fibroid therapy to develop a complete 7 step system which is completely guaranteed to shrink fibroids. Her busy clinic left her unable to take on many additional patients but the demand was clearly there. As a result, she has now helped thousands of women worldwide who she has never met. Please bear in mind though, this requires you to be proactive and take charge of your own healing by making dietary and lifestyle changes and following a systematic program-it is not suitable for women who simply want to take a tablet and be cured. This is not possible for fibroids. Are you ready to get rid of your fibroids once and for all? 3. QUESTION:
Anyone with personal experience with uterine fibroid?
I’m 37, don’t want kids, been menstruating since age 8. One fibroid is 7cm the other is 9cm. All of a sudden they are causing me extreme, life altering pain. I’ve been to Web MD, I’ve got doctors, what I’m looking for is experiences with the hormone therapies, operations, etc. At first I was just relieved it wasn’t cancer. Now I’m feeling a little frightened, and since I don’t have a lot of female friends (and none who have experienced this situation) I’d appreciate some input. Thanks.

  4. QUESTION:
Mri- guided ultrasound therapy for fibroids?
My wife has a 15 cm fibroid. She is 50 years old and just graduated from engineering school. She would like to get a job, but a hysterectomy will put her out of the market for longer than she’d like. Uterine Arterial Embolization is not an option since she is allergic to iodine used in the procedure.

My question, has anyone had MRI-guided ultrasound therapy for this condition? How id it work? Any leads on where it might be performed (other than Mt. Sinai) in the Northeast?

    Thanks

    • ANSWER:
I did not have this procedure (I had hysterectomy) but I wonder if you read these sites:

      http://www.uterine-fibroids.org/
      http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/medicalnews.php?newsid=42619
      http://www.scienceblog.com/cms/node/4813

      http://obgyn.adv100.com/obgyn/article/articleDetail.jsp?id=114065

I hope this helps. By the way if your wife’s hysterectomy is not a total one, i.e. if its not an Abdominal, after which complete recovery usually takes four to eight weeks. But instead has a vaginal or laparoscopic procedure then most women are able to return to normal activity in one to two weeks.

So this is also another option to consider. Good luck.

  5. QUESTION:
What do i do now? I was told i have fibroid.?
Been having abdominal cramps and sometimes think its ovulation. But have these intense pains when about excreting. Been on antibiotics for some months now. Went for a pelvic scan and got a rude shock that i have fibroid. The guy says it is big and it is on the muscle of the womb. Please, how bad is that and what do I do next. I am not yet married, though I am 32 and have to children too. What is the best treatment and how good is alternate therapy?
