Cause Of Fibroid Tumors

How to Shrink Fibroids Naturally – Ways to Get Rid of the Tumors Without Fibroids Surgery

I began looking out methods on how to shrink fibroids naturally after being advised of various surgical options by my doctor. Just to give you a brief background about me- I used to suffer from fibroids and its terrible symptoms. My stomach was largely bloated and many people used to think that I was pregnant. My periods used to be torturous. Getting intimate with my partner was simply out of question thanks to fibroids pain.

In addition to surgical options my doctor also gave me the alternative of adopting the wait and watch approach. He advised me that with the onset of menopause, the tumors would disappear automatically and shrink naturally. However my symptoms were quite severe and I had to do something about it to relieve me of the pain. Waiting was not an option I could go in for.

I looked up on the internet to consider surgery. However there were many stories about women who had undergone surgery and put up with post operative complications. I came to know that the hormone suppressing treatment which needs to be taken prior to the surgery would put me through temporary menopause. With it would come a whole lot of related side effects including Osteoporosis.

On the internet I found a number of online forums where women shared information on how to shrink fibroids naturally. The most common cure was to address the excess estrogen in our system. Estrogen by itself does not cause fibroid growth. However it can contribute to it and can help fuel the growth of fibroids. Estrogen is naturally produced by the body and stored in fat cells. Hence by controlling your weight and maintaining it you can ensure that the amount of estrogen is maintained at an optimum level. In addition you must reduce your exposure to certain pollutants which often mimic the action of estrogen in the body and get stored in the liver. To get rid of mimickers already stored in our body a good liver detox is recommended as part of plan to shrink fibroids naturally.

In the modern day as women we have to put up with a lot of stress both in the home front as well as the work place. Research has indicated stress also to be contributing factor for fibroids growth. As part of natural fibroids treatment, most natural practitioners therefore recommend alternative therapies like acupuncture and aromatherapy to get rid of stress.

In case you are really considering natural fibroids treatment, it would be worthwhile for you to consult a qualified herbalist. I got relief from my fibroids by downloading an online guide developed by a qualified herbalist. I’m writing a story about a woman who has a uterine fibroid tumor (totally benign, but causing all kinds of problems). She will have to have a hysterectomy within the next year or so because of all of the problems the tumor is causing. She wants to have children some day, so I want to know if her doctor would advise her to start trying to get pregnant before her symptoms get too bad.

    Hi everyone,

I am wanting to start exercising but I don’t quite know where to start or what to do. I have PCOS and fibroid tumors, both of which cause a lot of pain. Sometimes, even stretching a certain way causes a lot of pain, therefore making it difficult to exercise. I am going to get a treadmill for walking (I can’t go outside very well) but until I can do so, I would like to know if anyone has any other ideas?

    Thank you for your help!

    • ANSWER:
I have fibriods too. I literally feel your pain. If you cant get out side the treadmill will be the best option. IF youre like me, then youre anemic as well. Which makes it extremly difficult to exercise. I started off with a exercise bike to build my strength up. Then i started walking two days a week in the park. Once you build your strenth then you can upgrade a little.
