As you will see in the book it does not propose a usual diet and herbal supplementation programs or another cream or over the counter medication. It is an holistic plan, not just a diet, and the best of all, the system includes guidelines as how you can customize the strategies and methods for your unique situation.

I just came off of a raw vegan diet. It left me not feeling well at all. Is this book promoting a raw vegan diet?.. I need to try something to help get rid of the fibroid but don’t think I can physically handle the all raw way of eating.
