I have a fibroid on my left side, and I been going everything I know to shrink them nothing seems to help. In 2018 I had fibroids and lower abdominal pain and the doctor had shrink them. I had my first check up and they were shrinking. The second check up still shrinking and doctor said it’s one didn’t shrink on my right side and Iam bloated. I do exercise on regular basic, eat right. I have a new doctor and see what he can do. In June. Nothing I have done works

i have intamural fibroid 25x15mm and 95x93mm that the biggest located on the anterior wall . the ultrasound man said i did not haven to removing them but i wonder if the can cause problem to get pregnant and to keep the pregnancy.. i reading that intramural fibroid causes fertiltiy problem. can some one explain. i found out in 2018 and i believe it grow a little.

I’m 57. Went 10 months without a period. Started bleeding on and off in November.
Scheduled for a hysterectomy in 2 weeks.
Was looking for alternatives until I read Joyce’s comment. My fibroids are numerous and large.

how can i treat my fibroids(one is 6.9×6.2 cms)
and uterus measured 13.6×9.1×9.9 cms., Right ovary measured 2.8*2.3 cms.
larger one is outside of uterus(6.2 cms), smaller is half?
inside the wall.i m 29 years old. now iam trying to pregnant. if any problems of this fibroids in my pregnant time

Had three ultrasounds over last 3 months because of extreme bleeding for 3 days of my period! Ultrasounds showed my uterus with thick lining and enlarged as if I was 16 weeks pregnant and some good size fibroid cysts. Today the put a scope in my uterus found no cysts, no polyps, and no enlarged uterus. Said all looked normal. They did a dnc and said tissue samples be back in two weeks, I am 49 in July. How can ultrasounds show this, but once inside it’s all normal?

Like 2 month ago , I was digonise with multiple fibroid, after I started my treatment with herbal med, I hv seen my menstral period twice now, the question now is , I I still with fibroid and still see my period. And my doctor said no operation , that with the treatment I wil be cure of still, before the treatment , I did not see my period for 2 month, and I was able to conceive.? Endometrial ablation should not be performed on women with fibroids. EA would not help with endometriosis as this is tissue that grows outside the uterus. You must have meant adenomyosis. EA also known as NovaSure is the most common form of endometrial ablation (EA). Using birth control such as Mirena causes lots of other issues for women. Very possibly trading one set of problems for a whole new set of problems.

Great informative article. Thanks. My fibroids shrunk after my second C section. They evdn got calcified. The radiologist told me not to go for any surgery even if the doctors advice it. My mother had to undergo hysterectomy as her fibroid had become as massive as a coconut and was pressing on some nerves because of which she couldn’t even walk. The surgery then did her good.
